Calling FedEx and can’t get an actual human being on the line
How to Speak with Actual FedEx Representative
Customer Service Phone Number
How to speak to a live person at fedex
I know this is an older post but thanks for posting it. I’ve had a trampoline lost in limbo for six days (on/off the truck, no attempted delivery) and I bet my neighbors were getting a kick out of me yelling at the automated voice on speaker and it kept saying “I won’t connect you to a representative, call back when you want more help” (or something like that)… 9 times (also couldn’t get my tracking right no matter if I said it or typed it lol) and then hanging up on me!
More on reddit.comWhat in the name of heck is going on? My package is here in my city and was supposed to be delivered Friday. Then Saturday. Then Sunday. And now it’s saying by end of Day Tuesday. It’s literally RIGHT HERE in my city. And whenever I call FedEx it literally WILL NOT allow me to talk to an actual human being. The online chat isn’t even usable. I can’t believe I’m saying this but FedEx is actually worse than USPS. And USPS is TERRIBLE!
Edit: I just tried calling my local FedEx offices and it STILL WONT LET ME TALK TO A FLESH AND BLOOD PERSON. Is this company even real??
Edit 2: I finally spoke to a FedEx rep and, in addition to continuously refusing to let me speak to a supervisor and threatening to end the call, they told me that I had to call the company that shipped my package bc they couldn’t do anything about it. So I called the shipper (the online company I originally ordered from) and they agreed to reship my package with rush shipping at no extra cost. So hopefully this second one makes it and this thread can have a happy ending.
Getting harder and harder to actually speak with a real person at Fed Ex. Here's how to do it:
Dial 800-463-3339 for customer service. After you hear the automated voice, say "main menu," then say "technical assistance," then say "more options," then say "something else."
That is the only way I got through to an actual person. Took over half an hour to figure it out.
