I've had mine a long time but when I first got it, I purchased mine from Walmart. You may also be able to try pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS or dollar stores like Family Dollar and Dollar General. I also think you can go to bluebird.com and set up the account and they'll send you a card. More on reddit.com
