September 12, 2022I bought a Shark Navigator and am curious if this piece of foam on top of the filter is supposed to stay inside the vacuum or is just packaging.
That's the pre-motor filter. Wash it once a week; Sharks use incredibly ineffecient cyclone technology, meaning these filters clog quick. Failing to do so will burn out your motor, which is unrepairable thanks to Shark's anti-right-to-repair mentality. More on reddit.com

I recently purchased a Shark Navigator vacuum from Costco, and I am trying to find replacement filters online to purchase to have on hand for when we need them. I have searched and searched and I cannot find any filters that show that they are compatible with model # UV730.
Could anyone please tell me the part number or send me a link to the correct filters?
