I'm trying to repair something that is most likely a blown capacitor. Is there somewhere in Chicagoland that sells electronic parts and supplies? I googled around but an having a tough time identifying a good retail location. Any help is most appreciated!

Edit: Microcenter might have what I need but I don't know if their stock is super extensive. Is there a specialty shop anywhere?

I'm currently travelling by boat in other countries and sometimes need to buy various items. Can be clothes, books, household items etc.

Thing is, I don't know the area and what stores to look for so I usually end up trying to google the item. Almost always I'm just getting results for online shops like amazon, aliexpress, wish and others I'm not interested in. I can't find a way to exclude any of the results and because I don't have a fixed address and sometimes can't stay in an area long enough to try and sort out other means of collecting packages, I really want to find physical shops I can just go to.

Is there a way to filter results to include physical shops near me? Alternatively, is there a way to exclude certain websites like aliexpress which I under no circumstances will buy from in this situation yet they somehow take up the first twenty results hiding other more useful ones.

Hi all! Traveling to Chicago for the first time in a few days, and I want to bring back some non-tacky souvenirs for friends and family. Ideally, products made by local small businesses that capture the Chicago flair, handmade cool but not essential. Are there any markets or stores that have this type of product?
