You have to be thorough when you’re planning to make an Apple return. In addition to the item itself, make sure to have all of these things with you: Any accessories that came with your purchase. If you bought Apple refurbished products directly from Apple, yes, you can return them. But you have to request the return within 10 days of delivery.

You have 14 days to return an item to Apple. Keep in mind that the 14-day window from Apple starts on the date the order is received. So if you place an order and the item takes a week to get to you, you technically have three weeks from your order date to initiate a return. While Apple’s two-week return window is short, it’s also pretty standard for the Apple brand across all retailers. For example, the Best Buy return policy and the Target return policy each have a 15-day window for returning Apple products. Walmart and Amazon are the only retailers with a longer return window of 30 day for
