If you have full access permission, you can open Outlook Web Access for resource mailbox by typing https://outlook.office365.com in browser -->Add your credentials (Username and Password) --> Go to your account manager --> choose to open another mailbox-->Add conference room as another mailbox -->click Open

For the URL of exchange web service for the mailbox, have search at our side and found the URL should be https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx , you can check with this. 

Note: If you are not able to access the link of resources mailbox, you may need to contact your admin.

Typically, the easiest way to get the correct EWS URL is to contact your IT administrator or the support team at Uchicago. They should be able to provide you with the specific URL you need.

However, in the meantime, if you have access to Classic outlook for windows app and your account is set in that Outlook, Go to File -->Under Account settings, you will find the link, so you can use that link as the below example and check if it works as expected.

Let's say your Outlook link is **https://outlook.office365.com/owa/contoso.com**/ Kindly use this link as **https://outlook.office365.com/owa/contoso.com//ews/exchange.asmx**to be able to connect your Zoom to your calendar. You can refer to Set the EWS service URL by using the EWS Managed API | Microsoft Learn

Add-ins on Outlook iOS and Outlook Android do not support ewsUrl and makeEwsRequestAsync. Exchange On-Premise 2013 does not support REST and since Outlook Mobile only supports the REST protocol, Outlook Mobile add-ins require Exchange 2016 or Exchange Online. In order to support both scenarios, you will need to switch between using EWS for Exchange 2013 and REST for Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online depending on the client, or implement a middle tier service that can communicate via EWS with Exchange 2013 on behalf of the add-in for Outlook iOS and Outlook Android.

Whenever an add-in is launched, it creates an instance of an office object inside the global window object. Many of the common attributes are stored in that instance of the office itself. Like ItemId of the item on which the add-in has been opened.

For instance, you can check all the office attributes in the console itself. Switch the Javascript context to the iframe (since add-ins are loaded inside an iFrame). Then console log the window.office.context.mailbox object. You'll find all the attributes stored with respect to the item there.
