Someone said usb c do no have pressure sensitivity but then why is even recommended in the 1st place and idk if 1st or 2nd gen are usable on this ipad. Pls help

1st gen for sure, only option for pressure sensitivity. You’ll need the USB-C to Apple Pencil adapter if it isn’t included with the 1st gen Pencil. https://support.apple.com/en-us/108937 2nd gen and Pro are not compatible.

For the A16, you can use Apple Pencil (1st Generation) and Apple Pencil (USB-C), if you want pressure sensitivity, you’ll need the first gen. Check if it comes with the USB-C Apple Pencil adapter, otherwise you’ll need that too.
