We are about to buy our New washer/Dryer Combo ( confused between LG and whirlpool) . It is offered at the same price both at BestBuy and Home Depot. The warranty 4 or 5 years are at a similar price at both store.

So it really comes down to better service and who is willing to honour its warranty in its simplest manner.

From which one to buy and from where ? HELP PLEASE

Best approach would be to purchase from an independent retailer that provides in house service. Purchasing from Home Depot, regardless of who the warranty is through, will leave you hanging when you need service. Our local Home Depot calls us to service their customers because manufacturer lead times can be ridiculous. Unless we're really slow we refer them back to the manufacturer as our customers get first priority. Front load laundry LG beats Whirlpool, top load Whirlpool beats LG.
