I think it depends on how often you plan to use them. Are these for daily use or more decorative and only used when guests are over? My aunt has white leather chairs at her dinning room table. Their table is round, so all chairs get used equally. She had the same thoughts about getting leather opposed to fabric. Her son wears raw denim jeans. Try r/upholstery . Also, those are probably not "cast iron" as that would make each individual chair extremely heavy, and they probably wouldn't hoist one up on a table. It looks like regular steel tubing. The upholstery sub can tell you more accurately. In the meantime, see if you can find a tag on the chairs. It should tell you what it's made of. I have my doubts that it's "goat" leather, they're probably just trying to get them sold. The style is 90s basic corporate conference room. Meh. But, if it is leather, a good leather conditioner will do it good. If I liked the style, given the overall condition, I'd consider all four for $80. The leather doesn't have much life left because it wasn't cared for by the previous owner, so I'll have to pay for reupholstery within 2 years.
