In honor of the Human Puppet Era's 3rd Anniversary as of this month, I wanted to look at the amount of still present characters each cast member plays. No matter their significance in the show, I'll count them if the crew still has them appearing at all.

Deciding factors (in case anyone asks):

They have to appear at least once per year between Feb 2021 and Feb 2024. (Sorry Woody)

They can't have an absence of more than two years between Feb 2022 and Feb 2024.

If a character has had multiple voice actors, the actor who plays them most frequently owns the character. Same thing goes for if they were initially played by one cast member, but another has since assumed their roll.

The cab driver that forced Jimmy to admit he was Sual Goodman in the mall. Once Jimmy catches back up with Jeffy in later episodes by befriending his mom you see the character has been switched to someone else. They look somewhat similar but their personalities and the way they talk is much different. The first time I watched I had to question is this was even supposed to be the same character because the two people seemed so different beyond just their looks. Has it ever been mentioned why they changed the guy who played this character?
