This just started happening recently, I moved to a new place and now Netflix won’t let me play anything! I can select the title but it only has the option to “remind me” and not to play. I am in south Mississippi, but I didn’t have any of these issues like a few days ago. Not sure what to do

Netflix customer service is telling me this is a known bug. if you have a family account, switch to another family member's profile. you may not want to do that, that's your choice, but for me it at least allows me to watch all content.

I’m having a similar issue only I was able to use my account on other devices to watch what I wanted..just not my computer for some reason.
