I've been entering my password correctly and my user ID is saved. I tried deleting and redownloading the app. Is this a normal bug or what?
Haven’t been active on my Truist account in about a month.Figured I’d be fine since I kept getting alerts and emails from them.(Subscriptions trying to go through but they can’t since I’m in overdraft)Today I had someone send me 10$ and I got an email saying that I had to sign into the Zelle at Truist online to make sure my account is active to accept the payment .Couldn’t even get into the website or the app so I called the customer support number.Lady on the other end say that my account was okay to use and that it wasn’t shut down or anything.Still to this hour I’m trying login into the app and the website.Is the reasoning my inactivity in the app that has gotten me to this point?Or is anyone else experiencing this to?
When I try to log in, it goes through the usual screens but then immediately logs me out and gives me this message:
You’re signed out. If you didn’t sign out intentionally, we signed you out after 10 minutes of inactivity to keep your account safe. Thank you for banking with us.
I've tried different browsers and clearing cookies.
Has anyone else had this problem and how did you resolve it? Is it on my end or theirs?
Is anyone else experiencing login Problems with Truist. I tried the mobile app and to login on my laptop and it will just kick me back to the login page
