Why doesn’t our website have any reviews or ratings section for our products? Nearly every other major retailer has this to some degree so it just feels odd that we lack that. It also makes it easier when a guest is curious of how well received a product is and I could just pull up what it’s rated at.

Ever notice how they don't have any reviews on their website for products. Wonder why they don't want you to know the MasterCraft is some junk brand out of Yahoolio Indonesia that they shipped over.

MasterCraft or MasterForce? MasterCraft products are all made in the USA with products sourced from around the globe. MasterForce power tools are made in the same factory as DeWalt and Milwaukee in China. If you have problems with Materforce hand tools they have a lifetime warranty so you can just exchange them for a new one.
I’ve put MasterForce tools through their paces and have never had an issue with one. Have a mastercraft front door that I’ve never had an issue with either.

There's a few things I wish they would put on their website to make it easier. Reviews and where the product is located within the store (This is only helpful if you google searched for the product rather than searching their website directly). Not saying it needs to be like Lowes which says exactly what aisle and bay the item you're looking for will be in making it super convenient to run in and run out in quick manner without needing to wander through the store.

I like Menards for reasons many others have noted, but their web site is just barely useful. It doesn't allow any product reviews (likely due to how many off-brand items they carry, which aren't always very high quality) and the app doesn't tell you where anything is in the store.

I am leaving this review on the BBB because you cannot leave a review for Menards manufactured products anywhere else that matters. However I see that Menards is not a BBB accredited business so I doubt that they even care. Please stop selling your garbage Tru-bolt products and advertising them as high quality. I purchased a new home and decided to try the Tru-Bolt smart locks. I installed 2 exterior fingerprint door handles and smart deadbolts. These are some of the most unreliable products I have ever spend good money on.

They're leaving money on the table here. Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, and others have ratings and reviews on their websites, so it makes me feel more confident browsing their selections. Who would honestly buy an expensive appliance from Menard's if there is no review system?

Menards is whirlpool exclusive except for their Criterion brand. So you could use other sites, whirlpool.com as well to determine if it is good enough for you and still purchase from Menards. I realize that may seem like an extra step but Menards has the largest in stock selection of appliances when you need it today and their exclusive agreement with Whirlpool gets them priority delivery on anything that needs ordering. That’s why you would make the purchase at Menards instead of a competitor. Also because Menards is privately owned is more than likely why they don’t have reviews on products, just a guess on that though.

I get 1998 vibes some times cruising the site and not seeing reviews. Over stretched pictures of their doors on my phone etc.
