What if I have issues with Disney Plus not working on Fire Stick devices?
We know many of you use Fire TV products, and you may stumble across some hiccups from time to time. Of course, you can always try most of the general tips listed above, such as checking if Disney Plus is down, verifying your network is working correctly, etc.
Additionally, there are some Fire TV-specific troubleshooting tips you can try. You can try restarting the device by pressing the Select and Play remote buttons simultaneously until the device reboots. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the Dinsey Plus app. Sometimes, simply logging out and logging back into your Disney Plus account may do the trick.
You should update both the device and the Disney Plus app. If all else fails, though, you should just perform a factory data reset on the Fire TV Stick.
How do I change my Disney Plus password?
You can easily change your Disney Plus password from the account menu by clicking Change Password and following the prompts.
Does Disney Plus have its own status page?
Sadly, there is no official Disney Plus status page.
Disney+ wasn't working for my wife and me on our phones. All the content would load, but when we tried to play anything it would just get stuck on a blue circle. Even for downloaded content. The only thing that got it to work for us was to uninstall, hold down the power button until the phone turns off then on again, then reinstall the app. For both my wife and me, when we did this, the download hung around 87%. Give it a minute and it will continue.
