I made some in app purchases a month ago and they’re still pending when I check my purchase history. I contacted apple about it 2 weeks ago and they said to wait it out. How long am I supposed to wait? Has this happened to anyone else and were you able to resolve it?

I have accidentally made an in app purchase, and I panicked as I don't have the money in my bank account to be making such purchase and now I'm panicking as my bank account might go in the minus. I tried to reverse it but I can't find a way as it's still in a "Pending State", therefore it doesn't have an order ID and doesn't show up in the Apple Support app. Does anyone know how to help?
