It’s like the old cereal commercials about “why do kids eat Apple Jacks if they don’t taste like Apple?” and “why do kids love Cinnamon Toast Crunch?” The answers were “we eat what we like,” and, “we just do.” For some reason, Skibidi Toilet just keys into something that Gen A likes and finds funny. Not sure it’s much deeper than that.
