So, something I was wondering: does anyone know why the Made in Abyss anime, the movie and second season especially, is basically impossible to find anywhere in the US, and I presume North America as a whole? It almost seems like they either don't care about North America at all, or they simply want it to fail over here. Does anyone have any clue as to why it is like this? I mean, I know that they have dubbed the movie, and are likely going to be dubbing the second season eventually, but when even the dub is completely impossible to find anywhere, that kinda defeats the entire point. From my point of view, there is no excuse, and it seems like they just don't care about us, even when we could very easily be a huge market for them.
Edit; Apparently, there is a streaming service that has it, but one that I had never heard of before, called HIDIVE. I still feel like it's quite annoying that it is tied to a single service that, at least from my experiences, has far less exposure than services like Funimation and Crunchyroll, but now I know that you are actually able to find it legally.
I've been hold off on this show for like 2 years now and I just got the random spark to watch it again BUT. I can't find this show on crunchyroll.
I found the link but it says the video is unavailable in my location, which is strange. Is the anime only in some geo-locations on Crunchyroll? I really want to watch it :(
Thanks!
edit - I see it's only available in France & other francophone countries. Thanks, guys for helping me figure this out! Now I wish I had paid attention during French class.
