Not really anything you can do. If you stretch them (you probably can’t), they’ll just look stretched. To make them not look stretched would either be impossible or so expensive that you might as well buy new pants. You can taper straight pants at a tailor, but not vice versa, because the material you’d need to do that isn’t there. I guess they could remake the entire pants to narrow them all the way through, but that would basically be a different size pant, and would again be way more expensive than just buying new pants. I'm 6'4" with a 36" inseam and 32" waist. I buy sweatpants from American Tall. The quality is alright. You'll find some mixed reviews of them here, but they've worked well for me. I buy their "small tall" size. More on reddit.com
