On the cheaper side, I recently got a pair of Old Navy Taylor extra high rise wide leg. They are a trousery material (not sweats or chinos), but they are fully washable and have a little elastic at the back of the waist so I don’t feel pinched. I dress mine down with a graphic tee, Chuck Taylors, and statement earrings. More on reddit.com
