Hey yall! Williams Sonoma is hiring work from home customer service reps. They require you to have your own computer with a wired internet connection and want you to get a specific headset that you can get after the job offer. Part time 20-29 hours per week. Full time 30-50 hours per week.
I didn’t accept their job offer after the interview because those hour amounts don’t work for me. (Part time is too much to be considered for benefits and full-time is not enough if I receive weeks with 30 hours and then way too much if I receive weeks with 50 hours). They are considered retail so you’d have to work weekends.
The states they hire in are: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, KS, MD, MN, MS, NV, NC, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VA, WI
I think the pay is like $15 an hour.
They are hiring until July 2024 so there’s a deadline to apply!
I wanted to help others see this posting even though I didn’t accept the job myself. I wish I could have, but the hours are too screwed up for me.

From the unprofessionalism of the trainer to ignoring us when we needed help during "nesting", I had to walk away. I don't understand why companies refuse to properly train and then get upset because calls aren't going well. Employees cannot thrive with bad training. Feel free to ask me questions and I will try my best to answer.
