You cannot control GPU fans on motherboard BIOS. If the GPU fans are at full speed in BIOS and in Safe Mode and Radeon Software or MSI Afterburner are not detecting the speed ...then the sensors or the GPU have failed. You could try replacing the fans.

You should start a new topic as this was 8 days old and talked about GPU's. However, same advice as above. since Bios should control, in the new topic tell us where it's plugged in to, your MotherBd P/N and fan info.

Press Win logo + X

Go to "Power Management"

Click "Additional Power Settings" then "Change Plan Settings"

Change Advance Power Settings then choose "Processor Power Management" Then double click.. "System cooling" will come out. Select "Passive"

You can change the fan curve in the BIOS, or download FanControl and use that Also, enable XMP, and that voltage looks abit high for idle, I’d look into dropping that down

Yes Alex, it sounds like you are experiencing exactly what happened with me. So far I have no solution and nobody has contributed anything worth while to look at. If I run into any info on the situation, I'll post it here. A work around is to disable the Power service, but then you can't edit when to sleep or anything. When you disable the Power service, the temps, CPU rate, and power usage go back to normal. If you run into a solution, please post it here.
