I've tried looking on https://files.rg-adguard.net/file/fa9f877a-3795-f560-7120-0e67dee3862e#google_vignette
and I've looked on https://uupdump.net/download.php?id=64aa3acc-d2d2-4f80-af12-80820c44c14b&pack=en-us&edition=professional but it seems the files cannot be retrieved anymore
Unfortunately, Microsoft no longer provides Windows 11 Version 23H2 ISO file.
Only latest version atm, i.e. Version 24H2 is available to download as ISO file.
Hi ,
Unfortunately, Microsoft doesn't offer a direct download for 23h2; only 24h2. You can try this article for ISO downloads.
Media Creation tools 23h2 on Microsoft: https://download.microsoft.com/download/e/c/d/ecd532eb-bed0-465a-9b7a-330066bec3ce/MediaCreationTool_Win11_23H2.exe
One of them is the UUPdump project: https://uupdump.net/
Another option is AveYo's MediaCreationTool.bat file at GitHub.
https://github.com/AveYo/MediaCreationTool.bat/...
The above third-party projects download the official ESD from Microsoft's servers and then create the ISO.

If you have a Visual Studio subscription, you can download the ISO through it.
