Windows 11 is very resource hungry, it is normal for Windows 11 to use 3.5GB+ of RAM for the operating system alone with no apps running, 8GB of RAM is the minimum requirements for Windows 11, and 16GB of RAM is preferred if you perform intensive tasks or game on your system.
