Hi everyone
I’ve just purchased a ION F11-2200VA UPS for my Linux Mint 21.2 machine
I can download the appropriate software and install from Download
I run ./agent start ok
I run ./monitor ok BUT I can’t change the password (It tells me that the password of “Administrator” is incorrect?)
So I can only view in RO mode. Also I have the USB cable connected to my PC but I keep getting a “Communication Lost” error.
Can anyone shed some light on this “Communication Lost” error?
