The HyperX Cloud lasted me 4 years and the mic is so good. It was also my first headphones and it has 7.1 surround sound which was perfect for my fps gaming. its currently $99 in amazon pre-tax.

October 23, 2020WH-1000xm3 for wired PC gaming (with external mic)
I play CSGO an with the XM3s and they sound perfectly fine. Actually better than my old Razer Kraken 2's. Easy to locate footsteps and the distance of the sound. I would really recommend, I've been using them for the past 2 years and still have no issues. I do use them without the wire btw, so I can also say that there is no delay when you don't use a wire.
