It depends on what your priorities are and how much you have to spend. Do you prioritize a neutral sound quality, or do you want a lot of bass? Do you need low latency for gaming, or a good mic for work meetings? Do you need noise cancelling? All of these questions are going to lead you to the best solution for you. r/headphones and r/headphoneadvice would be a good place to do some research, and since you are looking for wireless, that is not phone-dependent. The great thing about the V60 is that it employs a number of high quality Bluetooth Codecs (ApxtX-HD, LDAC) along with SBC, AptX and AAC, you have choices, and to be fair, the APTX-HD and LDAC codecs sound really really good over bluetooth.
Some of the current wireless over-the-ear headphones are the Sony WH-1000XM3/XM4 (Bass heavy, great noise cancelling, lots of additional features), Sennheiser Momentum 3 (reported to be fantastic sounding and very balanced), noise cancelling not as good as the Sonys but gives a better balanced sound across the frequency spectrum vs the Sony XM3/XM4.
Just do some reading and pick what works best for you based on your needs. I recently wanted to get a pair of headphones that could work either bluetooth or wired. I tried the Sony XBN900N and the Shure Aonic 50. The Sonys were extremely bass-heavy and muddy in the mids. The Shures were extremely balanced but had little bass extension. The mic on both sounded terrible for conference calls. So I returned both, and now I know what my requirements are. I want headphone with a good mic, clear frequency response across the spectrum with a little extra bass extension.
Do some research, take your time and find the right set for you.

My father takes a lot of calls — during the day, in the lab, around machines, even while driving. So I’ve been planning on getting him something small, not in-ear, with good battery life and a strong mic that can handle loud environments (like next to engines, vacuum pumps, etc.).
I personally use AirPods for noise cancelation, but that’s not really his thing.
Don’t care about budget, just want something that’s good quality and built for this kind of use.
Figured some of you older folks might know something I don’t, despite all the research. Any suggestions?
EDIT: I forgot to mention , my dad wears glasses , so I feel like if it sits on the back of his ear, might not be comfortable. Maybe some of you might know the struggle .
