Youd do all your customers a favour and get a proper enterprise headset and not a consumer one. There is plenty that is designed as a consumer headset but with enteprise grade microphone and certifications. Look at Jabra evolve2 85 as example, that has the same form factor as the one you linked but with a microphone that has passed Microsofts VERY demanding tests. More on reddit.com

August 12, 2025Anyone use wireless headsets for office phones in your environment?
We've got Polycom Phones and Plantronics CS510s for most folks. I'm the black sheep and have a Jabra 9465 and a softphone.
The Jabra does ok, but it docks weird and half the time I come into a dead headset. The plantronics have been rock solid, other than occasionally our phone system freaks out and overwrites the hookswitch settings.
Voipsupply is also a great vendor to deal with.
