I've tried searching but I can't find an email address to contact them anywhere. Is there an actual way to communicate with them via email or is everything now only done by phone? You can't even chat with them online, it just say a Wix person will call you back.

Wix is a horrible company! No one should use them. Was auto-newed for a full year of the premium plan 2 weeks ($368.00) before end of first year. Would absolutely not refund any amount of money. Stay far, far, far away from Wix. Tell everyone to stay away from them.
