Oh, there are cheaper plans, but we won't calculate your sales tax and removed a bunch of marketing reports and stuff to make it unusable." I would not use Wix for anything. If you want easy, use Carrrd for a simple site. If you're ecommerce and have any budget, use Shopify. If you want custom, use WordPress. Almost every one of these builders have major drawbacks, big issues when it comes to SEO, and gouge users with basic website stuff to boost their revenue. More on reddit.com
