To track your package by the tracking number, simply paste or manually enter the tracking number into the input field on the Packy website and click the "Find package" button. The system will then begin tracking the package's journey, and you will be able to see the latest updates on its movement.

To track an order by the order number, go to the online store's account, find the "My Orders" section, select the order you want to track, and find the tracking number there. If the store or marketplace does not provide a tracking number for the order, you will need to contact the store's customer support.

We use a carrier auto-detection algorithm to track international parcels and deliveries. It allows us to find shipment data throughout its entire journey with multiple carriers (if applicable) and provide our users with the most accurate and detailed information about their package's movement.
