Im in a 12hr different timezone and refuse to sit on hold with them while they put me through the process only to realise - oh its label created, so they arent going to take responsiblity for "First Scan Error" anyway... nearly $500 for a keyboard, might aswell kiss it goodbye at this point because it doesnt seem to be moving, and support from Wooting is just non-existent, or handballed to the nearest scapegoat.
