I guess if you don't have photoshop and you're asking if it's a good app for this... sure, it can totally do something like this. Whether it's the right app for you depends on how complex your designs are gonna be. Like if you wanted to do text only, you may not need something as big and complex as photoshop, you can get away with something simpler, even MS Word. It's not really meant for that sort of thing, but it's got a few built-in effects, and you might get away with it. Because someone will inevitably point it out: when you make designs for print or clothing, it's better if the design (both text and graphics) can be vector, which means it's drawn in a way that doesn't get blurry or blocky when enlarged/zoomed in. Photoshop isn't really made for vector graphics, it's made for the other kind (raster) which has those weaknesses. But honestly, photoshop can work fine as long as you make sure your projects have high enough resolution. You can probably find stuff that works great for free. Like I just downloaded the fonts in my MS word example from https://www.dafont.com/ which is a pretty good site for free ones. The only AI generator that can produce meaningful text so far is Google Imagen and it has not been released to the general public. Any AI images with coherent text have been Photoshopped.
