Hi all! I've got an issue with my Workday instance. We've just enabled One-Time Use Link as the default password reset option under Security Email Settings, but password reset emails never arrive. Do I need to configure something else elsewhere? Here's what I've tried:
Waited for a while
Checked spam folders
Tried to use my personal email outside my org
But am still not able to receive the password reset link. Thank you for your help.

10 days back I accepted an offer from a company. The company shares workday credentials with me to complete some tasks prior to my Day 1. I completed the tasks a few days back successfully. Since then I check workday daily for any new updates regarding my joining. Today when I tried login into my account I received an error
" Invalid user name or password, please try again. Note: You may not be able to change or reset your password from Workday if your account uses a corporate password."
I check my username is correct I thought I may be misspelled my password. Then I tried login in again with the correct password I received the same error and in the meantime, I received an email which says the following
"You have been locked out of your account by your administrator. Please contact your administrator for assistance."
I am really tense now. Although I have emailed my recruiter and waiting for the reply still I am having a bad feeling, is anyone here knows what does that means?
