I’m a size 12/14 regularly, measurements are :
Waist -84cm, 34 in, Hip-99cm,41 in, Butt-110cm,44 in I hate the muffin top fat spilling over look , all of the “low rise “ pants I buy always land right in the squishy spot there, which isn’t really low rise at all. If the pants are lower and land on the actual hips then there isn’t that squish thing that I don’t like ! But it’s really hard to find any, pls help .
Pictured are 2 pants I bought as “low rise” that sit in an unflattering position, and the last pic is just some shorts pulled to where it looks better. It’s not too low to where ur crack is out but it’s low enough to not be on the stomach. Hopefully that makes sense lol

I lived through y2k as a curvy teen (basically not a size 0) and that's just how they are it was awful and the reason why in the early 2000's girls who had no curves or fat at all were seen as conventionally attractive. Yup even the butt no butts allowed in the 2000's.

celebs in the 2000s low rose denim was everything BUT basic it had lacing, ribbons, patterns, zippers instead of buttons and i want low rise hot pants like that. i have 2000s low rise jeans like juicy and miss me but besides rhinestones theyre pretty tame. ik someome who was alive in that era say most of the times these women just had the money to have them customized. but i wanna know if denim like this was truly just a diy project and not bought off the rack as someone whos only 19. ik some of those pants dont have buttons or zippers so its like it was made like that. also off topic but if yall know popular 2000s brands that sold low rise jeans lmk! all ik is hollister, juicy and miss me

eBay. Diesel, True Religion, Evisu, Rock’n’Republic, PRPS, and lots more from the early oughts will give you lots of options. And yeah they really were like this. Signed, someone who worked at diesel from 2003-2008.
