I am going to walk through this step by step to try and not miss anything.
Background Information: This is my work account, and I cannot access it from my phone conveniently or with notifications which makes it hard to make sure I do not miss anything while on the road. I am able to sign into my account on my laptop and desktop from a web browser and the Outlook desktop client.
What happens when I try to log in:
I enter my email, and then I am taken to the turbify business email login.
I enter my correct password, and it takes me to the next page.
It then reads out the following error: "Uh oh, Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later.
I press close, it opens the Yahoo web client, and shows that my account is signed in the web browser and I can access my email from the web browser within the email client. But once I back out of the sign in. I am not able to access my email from the app.
This occurs in the Apple Mail app, the Yahoo! Mail app, and the Outlook Mail App.
I am not sure where to go from here or what settings to attempt and change. Any information helps, thank you!
