I changed my phone and I don't have access to the old phone number anymore, the problem is that I contacted Yahoo customer service (via email) and they ask me to name at least 3 objects, 3 email addresses I have sent emails to recently etc+the full name. I haven't sent mails recently to anyone and I tried to send some addresses/objects that I had sent mails to some time ago, but nothing, they keep sending me mails saying that the replies are not good, I really don't know what to do, it's my main email and I can't even call Yahoo because I'm from Italy and I would pay so much.
Within the last year I had forgotten the password to my very first email account I’ve ever created. Therefore I have many accounts attached to it, along with my phone contacts and other important information.
I went through the process of trying to reset my password and I also do not have access to my old phone number that I initially attached it to. From there the site told me I would have to call premium customer care and to have my credit card information ready to call….
I really do not want to have to pay to have access to MY OWN email account information. Is there a way I can reset my password without doing so? And if anyone has paid to reset theirs; how much did it cost?
