Hi Everyone,
I'm not sure where to post this since it has been a bit confusing. I started with Yahoo Small Business Email, which was acquired by Verizon to become Verizon Small Business Email, which was then acquired by Infinity to become turbify.com
When Yahoo sold its small business essential to Verizon, there was decent level of communication that inform users what was happening and what to expect. However, with Yahoo Small Business Email sale to turbify, I received no communications whatsover, and only found out when I received an email about upcoming renewal.
With the transfer of the business to seemingly smaller and smaller player, I'm worried that one day something might happen to my domain and email. I'm starting to think to maybe move to Google or Microsoft, but don't even know how to begin.
What do you think I should do?
1 - Fellow Small Business customers - what has been your experience? Did you move away? How?
2 - Others - any advice?
I highly prefer the Gmail user interface. I just got a Yahoo small business email. I have not been able to migrate this over to Gmail at all. Is there any way to do it or am I trapped using outlook?
Description of problem
Asking this for a small business. About 15-20 users.
Currently using Yahoo Business for email, the domain is registered with yahoo mail. At least that is what it appears to be, all email addresses are XXX@(business name).com, and are managed by Yahoo.
Planning on moving the provider to Google G Suite, not sure how to retain the xxxxx@(BusinessName).com email addresses.
Thanks
