The girl I’m kinda getting a crush on made an instagram account so I followed her and almost immediately she followed me back. After a day or two I text her how have she been and we go back and fourth “good luck w/ high school tho 👍” I told her good luck ask well (we’re starting in to high school soon and we’re going to two different schools ) our schools are near each other so I might see her around so I decided to say something like if i see around to get ready for the smoke (some times we play fight don’t worry I don’t actually hit her) and she responded with (yes sir) please help I’m lost.

Plain and simple you are overanalyzing and "yes sir" alone means nothing. Same thing with your comment about the thumbs-up emoji. I wouldn't say she is trying to end based on that alone.

This is annoying, because "Yes, yes" can either mean added emphasis, or dismissal.

It's a context and tone thing, which is really difficult to discern in writing; it's much easier to figure out which is meant when you're speaking with someone aloud or in person.

Punctuation can help:

"Yes, yes! Let's do it!" -> "I am so excited about this I had to say yes twice!"

"Yes, yes, we know, you're very smart." -> "I am bored by this and want the conversation to move on."

It's very idiomatic and really depends on the tone. In your example it's probably the former meaning. The exclamation point and the "plus one" meaning an upvote probably mean they are enthusiastic.
