Ordered a new hoover from shark. It has been sat at a the local yodel centre (I think Gateshead) and it is impossible to talk to a human. Live chat doesn’t connect you to anyone and the phone system just gives you the same options as online and you never get the option to speak to someone. Can anyone help?
I was due to have a parcel delivered today, saw the driver was at the end of the road so waited outside the front door (bear in mind the house is obvious as you drive past and the What3Words is set) and the driver drives past, I think "oh maybe he's parking just down the road so as not to block the layby"... nope, he marks the delivery as missed attempt! Tried their Live Chat and been told they can contact the depot, they can't contact the depot, they can't give the complaints procedure and to call the customer service number, which if I don't have a tracking g number just tells me to go to the website, if I jave a tracking number it just tells me the delivery was missed and hangs up.
There must be an actual person I can speak to??
Oh and to add insult to injury, twice the live chat clearly copy/pasted a script as they forgot to change certain fields so I got told to expect my parcel by "(day)" at "(postcode)" yes, that's an actual verbatim excerpt!
