What is "Carrer" definition for you?
What is a Career? --- A simple definition of a career is the sum total of all the jobs that you do throughout your working life. Careers can have different paths, on one hand for some people they can work strictly in one field or profession during their professional life. In this scenario someone starts at the bottom of the career ladder - from junior positions - and progressively/over time work their way up or rise through the ladder either through job promotions within one company or through switching jobs from one company to another each time aiming for a higher position, more responsibility and greater challenges as you switch jobs. On the other hand, some people do not have a straight line career in their lives where they could start out working in one occupation or field and for any reason such as lack of fulfillment, desire for change, external factors such as industry decline due to competition or technological changes, they move to a totally different field and start a new career path. Any career path undertaken is strengthened through continuous learning both on-the job and off-the-job. It is important to keep your work skills fresh and up-to-date to position yourself for career advancement and job promotions. This is especially true in today’s work environment where there are rapid technological changes. Simple ways of updating skills including attending professional development training courses, learning from colleagues at work, coaching, reading, online courses and even volunteering for extra projects with different teams in an organization to get exposed to different working methods. It is important to note that any job you do at any point in life can be a source of valuable skills. What is most important is to know which skills can be transferred from one job to another (i.e. transferable skills) to enable you to be successful in each position you undertake. For example doing an internship or a part-time job while in college can equip someone with skills such as communication skills, negotiation, customer service, planning, team work and time management skills. Additionally you get to network with others who could become mentors and future professional references. For more career success resources see https://www.thriveyard.com More on reddit.com

Do you agree with this definition of Western Europe?

Not going to disagree with this map but, just make sure that, if you decide to make the Eastern Europe version, you check Portugal too. We play for both teams, whether we like it or not
