YouTube Support supposedly has Phone, Chat, and Email support channels available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but clicking English just takes you to this page:
If I click on "Fix YouTube Premium membership issues", I get this page:
Annnnd if I click "Contact YouTube Support for paid products" I get this page:
An endless loop with no way to actually contact the support they misleadingly advertise.
I paid for YouTube Premium. I have a receipt and the money has been deducted from my account, but my membership won't show up on any device, including the one I paid on. All I want is to figure out wtf is going on. How the heck do I contact support?!
I’ve just lost an hour because I found out today that my company card that I’m only allowed to use on company business has been charged for movies I buy or rent on YT. Cheesy holiday movies. It’s not only humiliating, but it’s sending me spiraling into the deepest abyss of wtf. I’ve gone into my Google/Apple/YT accounts and this card is not listed at all. I’ve used it online maybe twice. It’s not a default card. It’s not ANYWHERE, but it’s SOMEwhere because it’s trying to get me fired.
