I want to get YouTube Premium, The family plan looks great but I want to share it with some friends so we can split the fee, I read that you need to live together if you want to share the family plan, is that true, and does youtube endorse it and is there any way to get around it?

I share ytb premium with 5 friends, 4 of them live in the same state as I do (State of Pará, not the same city though) and the other one lives in São Paulo and nothing ever happened to us, maybe youtube takes the netflix approach some day but for now it's all good

Each person has their own account and will only see their library. Nothing is visible to each other.

I want to get YouTube Premium so I can go ad free! I hate those stupid ads!
But...I'm thinking about getting the family plan so I can share it with my wife and maybe friends.
QUESTIONs:
