Didn't there used to be a $149.99 Family Annual Plan for Music or am I just going crazy? I finally decided on Youtube Music Premium over Amazon Music Unlimited but I can't see paying $180 for YT MP over $150 for AMU. This might be a deal breaker.

YT Music Premium only gives you premium for music. You'll be stuck with ads for videos on regular YouTube. The plan you have removes ads for both videos and music. That's why it's more expensive.

Right, have hit a brick wall.

I have a family account setup managed by myself and wife with 2 kids accounts. Sort of.

My now 12 year old originally had a google account, under 13. DOB now altered to make it appear she over 13 a while back so she can have access to apps she needs, and limits put in place by us. Can't remember if we did the graduation thing, I dont think we did as we still want to manage her account

My 8 year old wanted access to YT (not YT kids) so I think he has a regular account with DOB over 13, but still listed as a supervised kids account on family app.

I want to sign up to YT premium family account, however it will only give access to myself, wife, and my 8 year old, not my 12 year old. Short of creating a new account for her and this time not set to under 13, how do I get her access to YT premium (she already uses the YT music app which is why she wants me to get premium in the first place). My 8 year old account dob is set to 2008 so obviously google allow over 18 accounts to be set as kids account and have time limits and app restrictions set.

Any ideas?

I remember having problem when my son’s old account was created in a different country from the main family account. Maybe he thought it would be fun. We couldn’t find a way to easily change it so we ended up creating a new account for him to access YTM.
