Anyone know a way to speak with a human in regards to helping me delete my account? I had my service on my Company Phone and my company email. I got laid off and lost access to the phone and email. I have no way to cancel my service and it continues to be charged on my credit card. I have other things that go through particular so I don’t wanna have to stop the card and start over. I’ve tried contacting YouTube via email, but no one will respond. Can anyone help thank you in advance for any help.

Hello. Recently my credit card was hacked. Fortunately it didn’t cost me any thing. Sent new credit card. Go to YouTubetv to change. Keeps saying code sent to email. Tried like 6 times. Also said sent to your iPhone. Nope. Verified my account settings and it’s all ok. Anyway to contact them? Or if not anyone know why this is happening? TYVM

I just changed my credit card recently. It wasn’t done through YouTube TV but through Google.

I've had to do that before. You have to go to your Google account and update the payment information there.
