I have had YouTube TV since 2018. It’s auto pay on my credit card. Never missed a monthly payment.
Sounds familiar??
I tried to update my payment and credit card. Couldn’t do it. I tried it again. It kicked out again, so I tried the phone.
On June 30th , I spent 35 minutes with Google customer service.
At that time, they said they would get back to me in 24–48 hours
Still waiting.
Update: it took 3 weeks. And Google didn’t help much. I just deleted what I had and set up a new account. Whew.
Discover Card is offering 5% cash back on streaming services (including YouTubeTV) payments this quarter, so naturally I'm updating my payment methods to benefit from this. I had no problem updating any of my other services (Netflix, Peacock, etc.), but for some reason YouTubeTV, even though it shows that I updated my payment method to Discover, still shows the payment method as my previous credit card. Is there some kind of waiting period for it to update, or did I do something wrong?
I pay for youtubetv using Google Play gift-cards which I buy at a discount through Target. Today I was a day late applying the gift-card and my subscription has been paused which it has done before. I have applied the gift-card to my account but currently cannot un-pause my account. It keeps forcing me to cancel the subscriptions
This has never happened before. Anyone else having this problem?
