Hi, I'm new to yuzu. I cant find it anywhere. I tried Ryujinx to play TOTK (16.0.0) but its very bad. (Also if you have a Totk Optimizer safe download link would be much appreciate)

I heard Yuzu’s official site/github/whatever got taken down by nintendo’s lawyers a while ago.
Is there anywhere to get Yuzu left that is safe and legitimate?
Was planning on getting yuzu running on my windows handheld this weekend, but I may need to research other options if the site is down now or whatever. Thanks!
Everywhere I go, it’s always a dead link or the download doesn’t work.
Basically what the title says, wondering what the best options are right now. I was using yuzu but after a recent OS SSD replacement, I find that the old yuzu installer no longer works, likely because it needs to connect to some server to download resources, but said server no longer exists. It looks like Nintendo has CnD’d most of the old options. So my question is, what’s left? Specifically for Windows.
While I was searching for a Switch emulator after Yuzu and Ryujinx were killed, I saw recommendations like Sudachi and Suyu, but also many still recommending Yuzu. I've always loved Yuzu and I like that it's still an option. But as a layman in the emulation world, how is it possible that an emulator without new updates is still viable? And can it run games released after the last update? Or is it the keys that make this possible?
I've only ever used emus for much older consoles, but I still have some games on switch that I'd love to play on my PC. I know that most of the switch emulators got into lots of trouble with Nintendo but I am a bit out of the loop. I'd like to know which are the best options and how well they work right now.
Also, how easy is it to dump games from my switch to PC?
Does anybody know
What is Yuzu? I assume some sort of emulator? Why was it such a big deal? Why did Nintendo sue? Did they profit from if? If yes, why? Did they think they could get away with it?
Seeing a bunch of threads like this: https://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/1b6i9qz/nintendo_switch_emulator_yuzu_will_utterly_fold/
I'm sorry, I have so many questions.
Edit: I should have “dating app and social network” As most of my criticisms are just about the social side. Unsurprisingly living in a rural area of the PNW there’s almost zero people to match with on the app in the dating side so I have nothing to report on that front yet
I saw a randomly mentioned on a post here so I thought I would give it a spin and wow… so far I’m pretty unsatisfied. Just on the app level, it seems very poorly made with little functionality and you can’t do basic things like editing a comment or even unblocking someone apparently. Then the conversations are really weird, everyone seems to have this weird passive aggressive chip on their shoulder looking for an argument (he said, on Reddit……)
Anyone else have a good experience with it?
Been meaning to play some games and I was curious what emulator would y'all recommend for the Nintendo switch:3
