Hard to tell what would be appropriate for your prom. The suit looks fine. It's a linen suit and linen is good for warm weather. If you're looking for something formal, that suit isn't it and a regular tropical worsted wool suit in a color like navy would be MUCH more versatile and useful. Hi everyone!
Looking for advice on looking nice in Miami. I was thinking about picking up a linen suit. I have minimal experiences with suits. Where would you recommend to pick up an affordable linen suit (I don’t see myself using it to often after the trip)? I was looking at Mens Wearhouse as a potential.
Also, please post any suggestions/ advice you have (even if it’s not specific to suits)!

I browsed some specialized stores and Zara suits were the ones that pleased me the most, specially for their contemporary cut and the color (it seems plain black has disappeared elsewhere). I'm not after the greatest frabrics, but a nice and durable social suit that's "suitable" for special occasions, with a jacket that I'd be able to use separately, occasionally.
