Zara Wide-Leg Crossover Waist Jeans
Zara wide-fit pant alternative?
Videos
Quick review for anyone seeing these Zara TRF crossover waist jeans popping up on their feed from earlier this year. (Size EU 38)
I had to get the hem adjusted (took off at least 2.5 inches), so if you're between 5'0" and 5'5", plan on a trip to the tailor (yes, even if you wear heels, it's still long!) I guess the TRF line of Zara definitely seems geared towards taller folks 😅
Nonetheless, I love the unique crossover waist! It drapes beautifully and the slight V-cut at the front really makes you look slimmer. It hangs nicely and gives a flattering, cinched-in effect.
Overall Verdict- The tailoring is always a hassle, but for these pants I guess it's worth it for the unique style and slimming fit of the crossover waist!
Hey y’all! Looking for some advice on higher quality alternatives to these Zara wide-fit pleated pants.

I love everything about these pants. The color, the drape, silhouette, the exaggerated pleats that fold inward—all awesome. The only thing holding me back from getting them is that they’re from Zara.
In my experience, the quality of clothing I’ve purchased from Zara and similar fast fashion mall brands has been pretty dismal. I might have pulled the trigger on these if they were at least made from natural materials, but they’re entirely synthetic. I can already see them disintegrating after a couple washes (and I take vary particular care when I launder my clothes) or not holding their shape well.
I don’t need buy it for life quality, just some better assurance that they’re going to hold up past a season without having to baby them.
Any ideas would be much appreciated! Price would ideally be around $250 or less.
