My 6-year-old Uniqlo jacket is still my most reliable winter layer
Is this Zara jacket worth it?

Are Zara jackets warm for harsh winters

About six winters ago, I bought a Uniqlo jacket on sale thinking it would only last a couple of seasons. I have worn it through travel, rain, and everyday winter use, and it still looks almost the same as when I bought it. The stitching is intact, the zipper has not failed, and the insulation still holds up surprisingly well in cold weather.
I honestly did not expect something this simple to last six years, but the durability has been impressive. It made me appreciate how sometimes affordable items end up lasting far longer than more “premium” pieces. I think materials and construction matter a lot more than branding sometimes.
Recently I also compared some older clothing prices out of curiosity using redcart ai, and it showed some interesting differences between factory-level pricing and what shops usually charge. It helped me understand why certain items end up lasting longer than others.Has anyone else had older everyday clothing unexpectedly last this long? I always enjoy hearing examples of items that survive long-term use.
I wanted to buy a black shiny puffer jacket for some time now, and I couldn’t find much in the country I am in, but I found this Zara jacket. Is it good? I saw it in person once and it felt good, but I haven’t tried it on because the size was too small for me. The thing is that it costs 100€, which sounds a bit too much for a Zara jacket, but maybe I am wrong?
Hi, im really beginner at this, but im starting to explore stuff and trying to find my style. Lately this coat caught my eye and i love it a lot, but i cant decide if it would look okay on a guy. Please dont take me apart.
