Zara is luxury fast fashion, I wouldn’t trust them. If you want a premium, reliable coat, then I would check out stores specializing in outerwear, like Columbia, Patagonia, and North Face. Otherwise, if you want to go the affordable route, at least save some money with Uniqlo, H&M, or Amazon Basics. More on reddit.com

It’s too thin. Zara itself tends to be super small, so women coats will make you look like a sausage unless you were extremely thin. Second, Zara is in my opinion the worst bang for the buck experience since even though it’s not terribly expensive the quality is so ridiculously low it’s not worth it More on reddit.com

We hear quite a few complaints about Zara quality (or lack there of) on this sub. However, I've had a jacket from Zara that I've used extensively during the past three winters. It has done a fantastic job at keeping me warm and I dare say it keeps me looking pretty fantastic as well. Sure, one or two riveted buttons have fallen off but with the amount of wear I've gotten so far, that's to be expected. Zara for me, is a pretty black and white hit or miss. Some pieces have been stellar purchase and others have been immediate returns due to the easily recognizable poor quality (I'd stay away from the shoes and bags though, their shirts are pretty mediocre as well). So I'm sure ymmv with various articles, but luckily (to address your other question) the return process is extremely easy and hassle free. Just fill out the return slip properly, peel off the adhesive return label, slap it on the package and drop it off at your nearest ups/usps. No questions asked. More on reddit.com

I wanted to buy a black shiny puffer jacket for some time now, and I couldn’t find much in the country I am in, but I found this Zara jacket. Is it good? I saw it in person once and it felt good, but I haven’t tried it on because the size was too small for me. The thing is that it costs 100€, which sounds a bit too much for a Zara jacket, but maybe I am wrong?

It's a woman's coat and it will look like one one when you wear it because it is cut to accentuate the hips you don't have. That said, I wouldn't waste money on a coat from Zara, the quality is pretty terrible.

November 26, 2016 - Depends on the jacket. Their heavier winter coats can be quite nice if you pick wisely. The lighter jackets tend to be sort of chintzy, but again, there are winners and losers in every batch of clothing they put out.
